Dosas

  1. Take the rice flour, maida flour, wheat flour, curd, jeera, salt, and rava. Add water as required and whisk it to a uniform consistency.
  2. Let stand for 20 mins.
  3. In the sauce pan, add oil (1 tsp) let the mustard seed simmer. Add green chilis and ginger to sauce pan and turn it for a minute. Add this mixture to the flour mixture.
  4. Take a laddle full of the dosa mix and pour it on the heated sauce pan to form circular dosas. When 1 side is cooked, spray or add oil & turn dosa to the other side to cook.
