The probability of each event is affected by the probability of the event prior? Really I have no idea what a markov chain is... well a vague one... it deals with probabilities. What does this have to do with anyways well I had a bit of one today if you can even say that...
1. see sewing machine on craigslist
2. think of 10 projects to do with sewing machine
3. craigslist sewing machine no longer available :(
4. search craigslist for other deals
5. purchase ottoman that needs to be reupholstered off craigslist
6. realize need sewing machine to reupholster ottoman
7. obsess about not getting sewing machine
8. scour ebay for comparable sewing machine at comparable price
9. feel sad over not being able to find comparable sewing machine at comparable price
10. realize need fabric to reupholster ottoman
11. scour internet for deals on upholstery fabric
12. realize that upholstery fabric will cost just as much as the ottoman itself
13. search ebay for upholstery fabric
14. find upholstery fabric, but realize no sewing machine, no sense in buying fabric without a sewing machine...
If i had to do it all over again this is what i would do.
I love hearing from old friends. It really makes my day brighter. Sometimes it seems that life is moving so fast... I wish I could just sit, have a cup of coffee (or two), and catch up.
Anyways, watch MTV tonight something about Xbox 360 etc. etc. maybe I'll buy one now... we'll see... or I'll take someone's old one. =)
