i'm convinced now that baltimore car insurance is not so high because of car theft, but because the drivers are nuts. not only are the drivers nuts the pedestrians are crazy too. crosswalks exist, yet no one uses them!!! i'm learning defensive driving by necessity. also people here have this strange propensity to just stop - no red light nothing, just all of the sudden stop their car in the middle of the road! okay okay so ends my rant.
