things i've learned today

slightest things cause me a tremendous amount of anxiety. i think i worry enough people, i don't see why some feel it's necessary to make me worry more...

My thoughts on resumes:

  • Too much text is really bad... 1 page should be enough - unless you think that everything you've done work wise is applicable cut it off!!!
  • Small text hurts...
  • I prefer Word document format or PDF, having to change my font size in my Internet browser makes me grumpy
  • projects on resumes are cool, but tell me what you learned from them; why did you think it was important enough to put on the resume?
  • Work descriptions clear and easy to understand. Use correct grammar! i'm tired of trying to discern sentences that don't quite make sense.

Okay enough griping about that... eyes hurt, i'm tired

it seems that cafeteria prices have gone up portions have gotten smaller, and offerings are more eclectic... what happened to the simpler days?

Prices definitely have gone up. Portions and offerings seem about the same though in SVC.
