or so says nicole kidman in moulin rouge. i'm listening to the soundtrack now. i really thought that moulin rouge was an adorable movie. i still really enjoy listening to the soundtrack quite a bit.
first estimate for the move: $2400 for 2850 lbs. of stuff. i doubt i have that much... could my bike really weigh 70 lbs? or my computer (i told him i was leaving the monitor)? well tomorrow will be second estimate 7:30am... eek. wish me luck.

Posted by: Dennis Cheung at May 4, 2004 12:05 AMI doubt your bike weighs 70 lbs. Mountain bikes usually weigh between 30 and 40; road bikes weigh under 20. If your bike really does weigh 70 lbs, it's no wonder that you don't enjoy taking it out more!
40 lbs would be very heavy even for a mountain bike. Of course, today's bikes all have suspension, which adds weight. Back when I was your age, the only suspension we had was the air in our tires... ;-)
